Perhaps I am showing my age, but Halloween is no longer a thing for me personally. I have many friends who would disagree with me on this and I certainly understand. With that said, and putting my personal life aside, I do view Halloween as a must-have for certain retailers. Whether it’s topping-up a regular sale, or serving as the one and only sale, there is nothing lost by adding Halloween as an important feature in your retail year.
And I always say, if you are going to do it, might as well be as festive as can be. I always enjoy seeing ideas come to light on the sales floor.
